We've been using the conserve SC for a couple years. It's working great on the fleas, but our yard dogs (that roam the woods) come back with ticks and from time to time our hunting dogs get ticks. So, we have been using a flea & tick preventative on our yard dogs, and we just pick the ticks off the hunting dogs.
Now my hunting buddy is the one who told me about the conserve sc and that is what he uses, but I have never seen a tick on his dogs, nor have I heard him say anything about ticks being on his dogs.
As for as the flea & tick prevention on the yard dogs, we use the latest and greatest that is at the vet's office.
