i personaly think they need all the time you can spend with them. they are very agressive dogs your job is to direct it in the proper direction. i start mine on hogs about 6 months but bump is right they need to be started on a larger hog so they dont become to gritty. and dont ever let them get away with any dog agression what so ever it will only become worse over time.
