 Chris,
  You make a very good point. 10x15 would be legal if that laws ever passes. (which I hope it doesnt) My plans are for a slab that is 50 x 10-so 500sq ft total. If the 150 per dog is passed then I would need a slab that is 80 x 15- 1200sq ft. Big difference n price for sure.
