those are the only photos I have of the colt, he seems to be behind everyone else in almost every other photo I have. I will get some respectable conformation shots this evening so folks can check out how he is put together.

The horse doesn't have a whole lot of wither on him, but he dang sure has more than he had when he was a real youngster. I have a saddle that was handmade in the 1940's that fits me like a worn out old sneaker. That saddle has been with me through several horses, and I absolutely refuse to get rid of it. The saddle doesn't fit my modern cutting bred horse, and it is far easier for me to replace a horse than that saddle. The old timers say you can replace a horse, but you can't replace a good saddle. That's where I'm at. The saddle in the photos fits the horse, but I have trouble taking Chris' good saddle into the woods to get all beat up. Not to mention, it leaves saddle sores on my arse
