You should jump on them.  That is a great deal.  Valley Creek will change the frequency for free.  Marshall will also.  All Marshall lighted collars are the Power Max models.  They are digital.  They can be changed to any frequency in the 216, 217, 218, or 219 band.  If you are needing collars, don't let those get away.
