I have two vests from uglydog.  a devestator and a guardian kevlar.  I like them both a lot, neither has been cut through, neither has hung up on anything so far.  I prefer the guardian kevlar because it is one piece, which means in hot weather i can carry it until i hear a bay and put it on the catch dog quicker than I can the devestator.  overall no complaints on either vest.  I have not run a vest on bay dogs.
