my Earl dog came out of some Hood Dogs near comanche, ok. a guy name Johnny Warren. Mark Roebuck raised his mamma.
Earl could hunt the ground just as good as he could wind. i have seen him stand on his hind legs winding and be gone.he would open in the box if he smelled a hog but totally silent on track
Sally and Jr can do the same thing.. Sally is a long range dog (always going some where )and Jr is more of a med range dog he is my yard dog and my #1 strike dog..
the young dogs(Sam and Smokey) seem like they are gonna be a little longer range type dogs and stay busy.
no rough dogs in my pack , but 2 or 3 of them will catch anything 150 or less, but will respect a hog when needed.
as you can see i like em with a little leg.
i dont get to hunt them all as much as i would like but i can find a hog with most any of them.
