As others said no season in Tx. Mostly road my dogs, will sometimes park and let them hunt out in a hoggy area, never walk them anywhere any more. Hunt the Hill Country area mostly rough country, lots of cedar, rolling hills very rocky, lots of shinoak. Catahoulas and hound cross dogs.
Never hunt seperate from who ever is with me, whoever goes along stays together. 2-10 in 4-5 hrs with 3 being avg depending on lots of variables. Lots of 4-5 hr runs on a single hog here latly but been gettin em in the end. Had 20 or so bayed the other night and killed 3 from that bay, killing 1 before that bay.
