Our local Game Warden got it several years ago. Some guy from Tampa killed a hog at a WMA and didn't know how to clean it so the GW helped to show him how.

He said it it a BAD sick, makes you want to die you feel so bad. He was out of work for like two weeks, being treated for it. Apparently once you get it, it stays in you and can come back at anytime........definately makes you think.
