Hey Cantexduck! At this point the best thing anyone could reccommend would be if you haven't taken her to a vet yet please do. Heat stroke is pretty messed up stuff and from what I have heard is alot like the anti drug commercial with the egg "This is your brain on drugs" in the way that it heats the brain. I am sorry to hear about your pet and wish you and her the best!
