not to high jack but Matt how does a dog go about getting hit by a TRAIN ?

All I can figure is that he wasn't a very smart dog. He was either facing the train or running directly away from it... judging from how we found him. I guess he wasn't meant to be... it's a shame to because he was coming along real good.

I have another buddy that lost two young dogs from a train. They got caught across the tracks and tried to run through the gap between the wheels as the train rolled by.
