I can tell Matt hasn't been married as long as I have. For my wife's birthday, she asked that the kids and I please go entertain ourselves elsewhere so she could read a book, look at stories on TV, and whatever else she likes to do!
I have seen the videos and heard too much negative to have an open BDO that I would want to be involved with. Too many people, too many dogs, and too many personalities.
I understand what you mean. Back a few years ago when I still had my place down in Rockport I used to do a guys type weekend / fish / BBQ / BS deal a couple times a summer. It was fun when it was a small select group, but then when friends starting inviting friends who invited friends it just became a little much. I didn't want to be the bad guy and make someone feel that they didn't get an invitation, so I cut it out all together.
