I agree, with a hog that big, it doesn't take a rocket scientist to figure out if you want it accredited then you're gonna have to have some proof.  I think a couple of piney wood rooter sows crossed over a good hampshire boar would make some good pigs.  Especially if you catch one or two young and bar them, you might get some big ol hogs outta the deal, good meat and good cutters.
