All the fox squirrels around here are yellow like that and the cats are grey with white bellys.  Here is a picture of my little rat dog "lulu".  She may lack the treeing ability but she handles like no other dog I got, never wore a collar, never been on a leash, just listens.  If she ever saw another dog bark up a tree I think she would try it but she never had a teacher.  She will get on the tree and get excited as heck but just wont bark unless something is in her face.
