I finally talked Marty Capers and his wife into coming over and doing a little hunting.  After  talking to Marty I talked to another friend of mine, Joey Young, and we decided to get together and try to catch some pigs.   Marty and Joey have hunted together before and I have hunted with Joey and Marty but we have never all three gotten together .  We met up and went to my Honey .  Marty and Joey let there curs out and while we were unloading the fourwheelers the dogs hit a track and took off.  After they ran for about 1 1/2  miles they finally bayed up.  We road the fourwheelers to about 300 yards from the bay and turned De'Angelo and Blaze, Marty's little Pit, to em.  It was short order and done deal.  We got to them and De'Angelo and Blaze were both caught.  This was Blazes first hog and he done good.  It was a little Boar about 115 lbs.   The curs rolled out and after about 30 minutes they were bayed at about 900 yards out.  We road to them again and stopped at 300 yards out .  Turned De'Angelo and Blaze to em and we heard a squeal .  When we got to them it was ANOTHER DOUBLE , twice in one week. To good to be true.  De'Angelo had one hog and Blaze had the other.  Only his second hog and caught alone and held good. It was Two sows about 140lbs each.    We stuck one and tied the other .   The curs rolled out again and after about another 30-45 minutes they were bayed again  .   We get as close to em as we could but there was a slough between us and them . Again about 340 yards out.  Turned De'Angelo and Blaze to em and watched De'Angelo on the GPS and when he got to em we went in and legged it and tied it alive. It was another sow about 150 lbs.   It was an Excellent hunt with good friends and some dang good dogs.  With 4 hogs caught .

Marvin,

I had a blast and I always like hunting with Marty and Nicole as well.  Be careful, because DeAngelo, may find a hole in my box one day!lol Smiley  We will do it again soon!
