Catchin hogs on the reg

We had a good run today on some river bottom property.  Cull Buck and I have our cousin Stewart in town from New York City, and he has really been wanting to stick a hog.  We dropped the dogs at 1pm and by 1:10 Peachez had struck our first hog.  We sent the catch dogs in and Stewart stuck his first hog.  It was a sow about 120-130#.  About 30 min later we were roading the curs when they all stopped on a dime and took off into a patch of woods.  They struck up a boar about 400 yards from us.  When we rolled up on them they had the boar completely shut down, sent the catch dogs in and we caught about a 180-190# boar.  About an hour or so later the curs struck up a big group of hogs.  When the group broke it resulted in curs scattered a thousand yards in every direction.  We started tracking to dogs and got all of them gathered up except Reggie, who was not registering on the GPS.  We got back within eyesight of the 4 wheelers when we could barely hear Reggie hammering down back where the dogs originally struck the group.  All the dogs honored Reggie's bay and hauled butt.  We got about 200 yards from them when the bay turned into a fight.  Sent the catch dogs in and they caught a sow about 160#.  This sow wasn't anything special but she did some damage to Reggie and Sam.  We called it a day after that.
