just wondering what some of you look for in a mount, do you go for legnth of teeth, color or size of hog, memorable hunt tuff hog, maby lost a good dog on the hog or a old hog thats been around a while and smoked alot of dogs , just curious on others thoughts. Lets see some picts of yours, i havent had one done yet but have a few prospects in freezer.

I don't have one but my qualifications are huge in size, teeth, or abnormal colors, maybe characteristics that make it stand out, but one for sure I have been after over a year, has cut and burned dogs time and time again, someday soon! And I have gotten lots of recent pics on the cameras, so he's still roaming around.. Wink

 here is one i caught last summer, he has alot of the titles mentioned , dog killer, escaped on 2 more occasions, cut alot of dogs everytime i meet up with him, good 3" teeth, 331 #,i had the original teeth put back in set just were they came out. i have a long history with this one, shure satisfiying to see him on the wall..

This is one me and my buddy caught around Groveton,he killed 2 cur dogs and a bulldog and stayed bayed for over an hour by a coupple yeller dogs till I could get there w/ another bulldog and a rough cur (Cliffords mom) and get him caught and killed. He was not the biggest hog but he knew how to work a dog over, he had 3 5/8" cutters and the taxidermist used his real teeth and did not pull them,only thing I didn't like was he fixed the ears were the dogs caught  Undecided

 yaw got some nice mounts. has any1 ever heard of making a rug out of 1. i caught a 350+lb barr and getn a rug made out his whole hide, or what the taxidermist dont cut away. he was wider than my tck bed and almost as long, the bed is a full 8'. didnt measure his cutters but they are close to 3 or a little ovr. what do yaw think of a rug nstead of a head or shoulder mnt.
