I'm building a dog box for my truck and would like to put lights in it. If anyone has done this, could you post some pic's and let me know how you wired it. For power is it a plug in for the cigerette lighter or is it hard wired to the truck. The box I'm building is gonna be in and out of the truck so I'm lookin to do it with a quick dis-connect for the lights. Thanks.

Red lights is a great idea. Might also find you some of those battery powered ones that have the sticky tape on them and just stick them out of the way, so the dogs can't bump them on.
