My aunt is the office manager for Southern Wild Game in Devine, TX and she just called to tell me that they are in high need of some goats. They have raised the price per pound they are paying in order to get more in. Shoot me a PM for any questions you may have and i will try to answer them. Or you can call southern wild game and ask for Alice, and she can give you all the info you need. They have a field manager out on the road looking and picking up right now. 830-663-2891

yes right now they are. i don't know if things have changed since last week, becuase they have bought a lot already, but ya'll really need to call up there for more info. i don't know much about it other then my aunt called and asked me to get the word out.

I read this first post and wondered why they didn't just go to Producers and pick up a quad pot full of goats. Producers had over 8,000 head run through last week alone.

for all i know they may have, and if they didn't i would guess they just weren't looking in the right spot. I don't thing they normally buy goats so they may be out of the loop?  i know they bought a lot but i don't know where from. |
