Remington Model 700 25/06 . Very nice gun, it would look like brand new if not for a small scratch on the wood stock. It had had a trigger job done on it also. No creep or slack in it. I have some handloads that I got from the guy I bought it from and got 3/4 in 100 yard groups with it. These guns like this one are around 600.00 new. It has leopould rings and base that go with it but no scope. This is a long range rifle for a seirous shooter. I'm in the Sherman/Denison area.

That's a great rifle, I was looking for that exact model for my wife but settled on the 6mm instead.  Tons of punch, but fun to shoot.

SOCD,

How much are you asking for the rifle?  Might need to add a 25/06 to the stable.

Dadgummit I'm a sucker for a model 700 in a wood stock.   :Smiley

Lemme see if I can move a 7 Mag I've got hidden in the back of the safe, and if I can I'll give you a buzz.

I just got back from gander mt. to have a new string put on my bow and while there looked at the guns. New 700 BDL's just like mine go for $699-799. Throw in a trigger job and leuopold base and rings like mine and $450 is a pretty good deal. I would deliver it to Mckinny or Bonham area south of me or as far north as Ardmore. I'm just trying to buy a .41 mag revolver is why I'm selling it. Thanks
