Daisydog and Raider54 let me breed my Plott/Cat gyp to there Fred dog! She had nine pups today and all are doing good so far. The pups will be 1/2 Catahoula 1/4 BMC 1/4 Plott! If they are anything like their parents they will be med-long range, silent and gritty. Thanks you guys!

Blake here is the only Pic that I have of Fred, he is not a show dog but he is a hog dog! Fred is the dog on the LEFT!  Boy that sure is alot of Catahoula in those pups (YIKES)  Here are pics of Pepper and Pups   |

Well we know they will at least be rough! LOL I just hope they get their parents hunting drive. Thanks for posting the pic of Fred. If I send you a pic of Pepper and the pups could you post it? I have no idea how to do it!

At least you have 8. The litter I have been waiting on produced a whopping 3 pups.... It will be all right if they turn out though.

Three is still better than one, my BMC had ten, i was excited took pics and posted them, and then went to work. got up the next mornin to check on them and she had eat all of them but one.  :'( so i aint goin to post a pic of the one i still got til i get all of her shots  lol. Good luck with your pups, hope they all turn out for ya. |

Well the last pup died two nights ago! Pepper got Mastitis and by the time we got her and the pups to the vet they were all real poor. The vet gave her and the pups antibiotics but I think the damage was already done. We tried bottle feeding them but they were just too young and sick to recover. The vet said that it could have been caused from the bacteria in her milk that got em! I was really looking forward to working these pups and see how they turned out. On a good note Pepper will be fine and back in the woods in a few weeks.
