took picture today down on my creek bed, dont know if it shows but that track of rootin goes abot 40 feet or so and probably 10 foot at its widest spot. Found another track of rootin 50- 100yards further down. This creek is way down a gulley, found what looked like rootin goimg up the path headin away from the creek. Very dry up that path, but was way more scratchin than i could blame on an armadillo.

It looks like shallow hog rooting to me on the picture but I have seen dillos and wild turkey really do a number in a creek bottom. Especially in LA. (Lower Alabama).

I was worried it might be an armadillo, but them hoof prints sealed the deal! Had a big rain and cleared all that rootin out, in a day or two, they wuz back! tore up where i had put some corn out. now tryin to get pictures and train them to eat over at my place. Looks like one or two sets of prints, hope to have pictues this week
