I just got this months Bayed Solid. The guy that calls himself the Hog Wrangler has a story in there. At the end of his story he says he has signed a contract. With the people that made swamp people and deadliest catch. I know there was another tread on here about it. But know that it is a reality how do u think he will represent us hog doggers ??

hopefully well but i dont see the tree huggers takin it any way but bad   wuts best for us is stayin out of the lime light   if it doesnt help peta or some other activist group against us  its gonna give every person that knows a land owner or someone of the sort the idea to go get dogs and start hog hunting which i see only hurtin us with landowners and others becuz i doubt they will respect the property or livestock   eventually i think it will get all of us a bad rep

i hope good , but every body will look at it different, hunter, treehuggers , we will all be judgeing him the way he does things. but i like the fact that hes doing this cause he doesnt care what people think of him . to me hes showing all kinds of people are sport and if he can turn  one young hunter in to this sport , to me it was worth it, thats why i take soldiers on these hunts cause most of them have told me that they didnt even no we hunted hogs this way. and when were done they love it

You won't find a better "hogman" than Gary Clark. Him and his curdogs will do us Florida boys proud buy catchin 'em "Cracker stye" on national TV.

thats good to hear. i started thinkin about it and ive changed my opion slightly, a reality show may not be so bad if done right. the show swamp people is a fine example, where we can all look at those guys and think whatever we decide to BUT the show itself seems to treat them with a good deal of respect.

a while back i saw an episode where a hunter had to take an italian gator buyer and he didnt want to do it and called him a greenhorn. heres what stuck out in my mind, if the production folks wanted to be a bunch of dillholes that would have been the only clip they showed. but what they did was air his full and rational explaination of why it would be disadvantageous to bring the italian along.

it may not seem like much but ive got alot of family who live a lifestyle that is a bit "rural" and i a hyper sensitive to making dang sure people dont disrespect my kin, and i feel that the guys on swamp people are treated with the proper amt of respect while still being part of an entertaining show.

i think he would do a good job representing us . I have seen his videos & they r well done . I just hope the producers dont mess it up . They did do a good job on swamp people . Plus people will get to see some well trained dogs !!!

Gary is a Phenom, he uses one dog and hunts by sight. He has trained his dogs to catch only the biggest hog in the bunch. He takes pigs he has raised out on the hunt with him. The pigs load up in the back of the truck just like the dog does and the pigs walk right behind him. his dog will not go to the hog until gary tells him to go. He has a video out called the Hog Wrangler. It is well worth the money and you will be amazed. He doesnt hunt the way that we do but none the less if you want to see what a handle on a dog is watch his video

hey M Bennet, have a lot of soldiers here at hood wanting to kill some hogs and are always askn me if they know where i can take them or they go themselves. i have to tell them hunt ft hood b/c i dont have contacts to hunt private land and with deer season going on, most places are off limits till season is over with. the only problem with hunting ft hood is, that you cant run dogs and it specificly states it the ft hood hunting guide. do i have your permission to send these inquiring soldiers to you for a hunt since you have conections and plus im headin the big sand box again nxt wen
