Took and drug a small boar hog about 400 yards through my hay pasture and through the woods.. Turned my two 4.5 month old pups out after I had waited about 25 minutes, they both took the track and carried it on. The black puppy was in the lead and bayed it first. I drug it out in the openfor pics. Got high hopes for these two

thats some good looking pups... I would be on cloud nine if I had 4.5 month old pups doing that. What breed are they?

Dang Tony! Impressive!
I love that second picture. That black and tan pup is using his ears like a linebacker uses his arms.   Cheesy

Awesome.  I would be pretty pumped with pups that young already cold trailing.

Ha thanks everyone! Yeah I'm really looking forward to starting them in the woods. I've been carrying them through the hayfield and teaching them how to hunt with their momma since they were 2 months old. The black and tan absolutely hates a hog, he is a crazy little guy. The black gyps nose never leaves the ground and she can straight fly already. Another month and they'll be hitting the woods Smiley Smiley
