Yup, The right to keep and bear arms in a well regulated militia. Who did the militias fight? England, the acting government. The best way to prevent a revolution is to allow them so the government will act in a way to prevent them. I forgot who said it but it was one of our founding fathers. It is the right to keep and bear arms against our government, not a revolution but another check on our government to prevent oppression.
