Welcome to the board my hog hunting friend.  A friend of mine and a fellow i really like, had a handle on this site called RealDogs, he has a set of dog kennel plans that are easy to build and are relativley inexpensive.  Realdogs was kicked off the site, but you can find the dimensions under the general section. I believe EllisCountyhog posted it a while back.  Realdogs cant respond but if you cant find it PM me and I will call him and get the Info.  He is a great source of Info for a lot of different hog hunting situations.  heck if you happen to meet he will have you in stitches.

Good luck.

Mike.

Here are some nice ones.
http://www.easttexashogdoggers.com/forum/index.php?topic=1185.0

I use two types of kennels for my dogs.
Some of the dogs are inside a barn in 12x12  priefert style horse stalls. The other dogs are in Behlen kennels like the attached link. I poured a concrete slab, and put a metal roof with a slight pitch over the Behlen.  I have tried the chain link kennels in the past, and they did not hold up to my liking.
