Landowner Contract

Hey i'm sure i may have asked this before but cant find any thing where i did, but i am wondering if anyone has a copy of an agreement that they would have the land owner to sign for hunting their place.  I am needing a format and some ideas of what to put in the wording as far as expectations for both of us and things along those lines.  Thanks in advance guys
