I can't remember is this dog and knife only or do you allow dog and gun hunters as well?

Oh, ok. How did people keep the hogs fresh for a day and half? I am assuming the weigh in is field dressed weights but even then if it is a warm day that Saturday how did yall keep the meat from spoiling with out putting it on ice in a cooler? I am thinking of putting a team together this year.

That's the responsibility of each team, ice it all down or some even had access to a walk-in cooler. I know several hogs were kicked out at the skinning tables that were spoiled. Hopefully that will be looked at very hard this year and disqualify the team that brings in rotten hogs.
