Will she throw pups from both sires?
If so, will they be straight 50/50 (dam and sire) or can they carry traits of both sires in the same pup?
Hope my question is clear enough.

Yes you can have pups from both sires. Each pup will only have one sire. I have a female from a split litter and silverton has dogs from a split litter.

yes as said each pup will only have one sire . you can have them dna tested to see wich pup belongs to wich sire , if they are worth the trouble . such as papered dogs and such .

I did it with an airedale and mtn cur...but bred mtn cur to mtn cur first and waited toward the end of her cycle just to see...well got one pup from the airedale...my guess is that the first male produces the most pups...

A definate maybe. It could be one or both. Most likely both. There is no 50/50 or 40/60 you just never know without a DNA test unless they males were different breeds and then you should be able to tell.

Thanks for the replies. If it happens, it would be an AB bitch bred to a full pit and a full Stag.
All three dogs are proven. Pups from all are desired and don't want to produce an unnecessary number of pups to get the three or four that are needed.

If you can't tell the half pits from the half stags without a DNA test then you need help  I think a blind man could do that for you. Does not sound like a litter of culls to me. |

it depends half will be from 1 and half will be out of the other and they all could be from just one and one pup could be out of 1 male and the rest be from the other male

when i use to coon hunt i bought a walker female for my male to breed and he had bred like 25 females before always threw good tri colored pups this female come in they tied up twice a day every day she was in a one freakin day the neighbors lab climbed the fence and i get home he was in the pen with her and i let him out now he just bred her once that one day that lab did and walkers are tri colored and when she had the pups the pups were all straight yellow every freaking one of them were out of that lab so I neutered the neighbors lab and he never showed back up.

Dub,
I assure you I will be able to tell them apart. When I was referring to "unecessary pups" I meant instead of dealing with two different litters we could try to accomplish both crosses with one litter. I think personally there are way too many dogs bred and never used. None of the pups will be culls.
