These pups are paling up quick now. I had a scare this morning. I went out to check on them and let the mommas out and heard one crying. It wasnt in the first stall , looked in the second and it wasnt there and when I looked over into the last stall where Petra is, there was a pup standing in the water bucket with his front feet up over the edge. I took him in, toweled him off, Karla used the blow dryer to warm him up a little and now he's fine. Now I have all the water buckets hanging high enough the pups cant crawl into them. I was going to do this anyway, but was just almost too late. Anyway, here are some pics showing how light they are getting now.   I really like that lightest pup. He's always in the lead and the first to come to me. But I am still watching. Personalities will be changing a lot from here on out.     |

5 weeks to delivery will go by quick. Then we have several months to get em in the woods. Thats what will drag!!!! |
