Ok today I came out to check the dogs water and everything and I noticed one of my puppies layig down kind of twitching and his eyes barely open and when I picked him up to check on him he was fine so I just figured he was just dreaming or something and his been fine all day that I could tell until awhile ago and my brother told me that he looked like he was just spaced out just walking around the yard but now he's fine again. What could it be and is there anything I could do to help?

Pups do that....since they sleep so much of the time, it's their brain's way of training the limbs to move.

sounds like rapid eye movement... its part of the sleep cylce and to be more technical its part of the deep sleep cycle, but if the dogs was dazed and walking around it could be a seizure
