Just wondering if anyone does or have leased a vehicle. Seemes i need a different vehicle every couple yrs and looks like im always gonna have a payment, so i was just wondering what the pros and cons were?

pros is its a new car, stays under warranty

cons are if you drive it over the milage you will have to give up first born to pay the milage off

chloes mom and dad both lease

DON'T DO IT....been there done that...They got me once, hook, line and sinker...If it sounds to good to be true it probably is...

It was a brilliant idea until I went to turn it in...all the nicks, wear and tear... and mileage got me....

It is one more layer of business who intends to profit from you.  That layer of business has employees, overhead and profit that it needs to make from your lease.

Additionally, unlike borrowing money, leases are not required to disclose the implied interest rate or any equivalents.  That makes comparing it nearly impossible.  When you go to get out of it, you have very few options and it tends to be extremely costly.
