I drew this out today for a 20 ft  trailer will be ready in 2
months from now! It will have 4 hole dog box,2 doors on each side.
Fold down ramp for a smaller trailer that I am going to build for it,
the ramps over the finder wheels will hold a 4wheeler and between
the ramps will be a tool box to hold all the hunting gear! At the back
of the trailer will be a holding pen with a divider to load more than
one hog with out having trouble with another hog in it. Just a sketch
have not pulled measurments yet!! Grin

I have seen the best designed trailer and I have lost the pic to it, and I have no clue as how to draw it so I will try to explain it to you.  They took a 16ft trailer and cut the back two feet off to were it was flush with the back tire.(similar to a boat trailer)  Hog box on back with sliding gates and petition to work hogs over to one side.  A fourwheeler was loaded on the top from the back with ramps that slid out from the hog box.  then a fourwheeler was loaded from the side in front of the hog box.  The dog boxes were on the front and were stacked two high on each side, with the front of the dog box bent to be more areodynamic.  It was shorter, so it was easier to turn around in tight spaces like when on logging roads etc.  Also the had a small bbq pit and water tank mounted on the top the hog box rails  which was pretty nice.

Looks pretty similar to the way mine is set up.  I love mine and with enough diesel in the truck, I can haul half of everything I own on it!  (Only downfall is it's HEAVY!)

If your set on loading your smaller trailer onto the larger one, I would at least add a hitch and wire it for lights so you COULD pull it behind should you need to haul a second four wheeler on your main rig.

Bryant,
Could you post a couple of close ups of the platform on the ATV?  I am particularly interested in how you mount it to the ATV.  I am welding a platform like that this weekend.

Mark,

This is the only pic I could find showing the rack fairly close.  I simply made spacers out of coldroll so the rack would sit level, and tacked it straight to the existing rack.  I guess I lucked out in that the factory rack on the machine was steel and not aluminum.
