This dog is usually very energetic. Now for a week has not eaten, wont barely walk, all boney and pretty much just wants to lay down by himself and not be messed with. Does this sound like a dog that has gotten into something?

JMO, but if you have a dog that doesn't eat for 3 days, much less a week, take them to the vet. There are all types of illnesses that can kill if not taken care of quickly.
