This is prob a stupid question but its had me an my hunti  buddies thinkin !?! An thats neve a good thin .. How old can tracks be to still considered hot ?  I know there is no certain time frame but jus curious what y'all think ?

I think 1 hour an 30min on dry dirt an sandy places. But it matters where u hunt. What's yall guess?

Cool damp morning with fresh dogs anything made after midnight. Could probably be run with the right dogs. Summer time dry no humidity sandy land . Better have a hog standing in the track.

My fave, big huge wallow,with water and mud running back into it.grass still trying to straiten up.SON!!

i tested the nose on a couple of my catahoulas and went as far as two hours and quit figured that was good enough .but maybe what i would call a hot track . bout 30 minutes old . but would like em hotter because how far could a hog go in 30 minutes . me walking casually about 2 miles so i'd double that for a hog .
