I own a 2011 F350 4x4. Got about 87K on it.
As far as performance, no complaints. Anything I've told to it move it has flat walked off with.
Fuel mileage ain't near where they said it would be, any where from 14-16.5 without a trailer and 9-12 with one. It defiantly let's you know when it needs the fuel filters changed, about every other oil change, and it's horsepower will not be there when it needs them.
Mechanical problems, only issue is with a sensor in the transmission, sometimes it acts like it can't figure out which gear it needs to be in and just acts weird, no one can seem to find the issue, and it doesn't throw a code when it does it.
All in all, I love my truck. You couldn't get me to have have anything else. It's a lot like a husband/wife, you either love them faults and all, or you don't. I for one, do.
