Leaving in the morning, and I'll be there until Sunday.  We'll have a big green trailer with "Central TX Hog Dog Houndsman Association" on the top parked close to the main road.  Anyone see us, stop by and say hello.

Whoever comes over this way better bring your rubber boots.  We have been getting some rain and it will be real muddy.  Ought to make for some interesting baying for sure!

Joey,

I will not be making the drive to UE this year, taking my youngest daughter on her first axis hunt. However I do have a friend that is coming up, and he has room in his truck to bring "catch" home. I don't really want "catch" coming home muddy, so if you don't mind please rinse him off before you load him up for me Grin

Chris,

Unfortunately I wont be able to make it over there either from the looks of the weather and I got some folks coming in town to hunt from Chicago and Germany.  However, as soon as he is ready I will make sure that he is as clean as he can be before he goes anywhere.  Wink

Catch did become a daddy the other day dropping 5 males and 1 female on the ground.  Out of an almost equally good tempered brindle catchdog, pit.

Good luck on the axis hunt.  Probaly better than going and dealing with all that mud that is going to be down in the bay pen area.

"Mud" doesn't even describe whats going on down here.  Rained every evening/night since we got here Wednesday and it was muddy then.  On top of the rain, this morning it's a whopping 39 degrees.

I have a feeling by this afternoon we'll have had enough and will be headed back to Texas.  Nice time though, and good to see lots of familiar faces.

I enjoyed seeing old friend but the mud and rain got to me so packed up and headed to Texas.
Bryant, still need to finish the conversation.  Have a safe trip back.

Marvin, sorry I missed you but we'll get together.
