I bought the astro320 about 5 months ago. 1 of my dc40 collars has completely quit working, leavin me in a bind. Anyone know if it will still be under warranty and if so how to go about sending it in for repair work?

Any help would be appreciated.

Call them up, they're usually pretty good  at it.

Had a problem with a DC 30 after a year and they had it solved for me fast and free. Give them a call. Very good customer service support.

Hope this help you.

Just sent two dc 40's in to garmin.

They were 1 1/2 years old, so 6 months out of warranty.

They fixed both for nothing. I sent them in on a Friday and got them back to my door the next Friday.

There warranty service is on the ball.

Yes Garmin will take care of it for u. Even if it's out of warranty it can be rebuilt for less than half of replacement cost. Until u send it off try disconnecting the antannae and leaving it disconnected for 30 mins or so. I've done this a couple times to mine and it seems to do the trick when they hang up or give me trouble.

Yes they should be covered,....just call them and they'll walk you through what you need to do....good folks to deal with seems to me.

My 320 and me went for a swim and it quit working... Called Garmin and they said to return everything except for the collar, and they sent me all brand new stuff and got it within a week of sending off my old one... Awesome customer service...  Wink
