I will find out if I will be working in Dallas later this week. If I do it will be for about three months. Does anybody know where I could rent a small house, trailer or something on land that would let me bring my kennels and five dogs? It will be just me going up unless I get a full time job. I only know extended stay or an apartment that will do three months. I don't need fancy just a place to lay my head and would like to bring my dogs. I will be working 635 near 75. I really need the job and maybe I can chase some pigs up there.

If your dogs are kid friendly you are more than welcome to store at my place while your up this way.  I live south of paris about an hour and a half from DFW, its a bit away, but if you can't find anything else you are more than welcome.

I drove up there for the interview. I was looking at my GPS, taking wrong turns and people were in my way My wife has made it clear she will not take care of the dogs. Only one weighs more than her tiny self so I don't know why My dogs are kid friendly. They may knock a kid over on accident. When I get pups I grab them all over while they eat, get in their face, pull their tails and stuff. As long as you aren't aggressive they just want to play. I have three kids so I don't put up with aggression.

When looking at jobs I would only apply places I could go hog hunting Grin This is only three months but I could end up being hired from another company. I just need work bad.

Dub, I'm a little more than an hour away from Dallas, but I drive there every day for work. Hit me up when you get there and well grab a drink man. There are some rent houses out in Royce City, and pretty much everywhere around the metroplex but you're going to have to go more country than city to have them let you keep your dogs more than likely. Shoot a PM to txhogsanddogs and ask him if he knows where a rent house is... bet you he can help out. But hit me up when you get in town!

With that being said, I got room and your more than welcome.  If you have cattle in skidloader experience I might be able to help out of the job thing also, if your an outdoorsy, animal kind of guy that don't mind hard work and getting dirty.

I had two jobs come up at the same time. The one in Dallas is more than fifty percent higher pay. I have to get caught up on bills so I will go for the money. I am supposed to hear today or tomorrow if I have the job. Just my luck I won't get it and when I call the other people that job will be gone.
