I want to buy a Lever action 44 mag rifle with a 20" barrel or less and in working condition. Would prefer a Marlin. Please let me know what you have and your price or I can tell what I'm willing to pay.
Would consider a 357 mag if I strike out on a 44 mag.

Richard- look at the Puma brand. I have read alot of good reviews on it. Action is alot stronger then the marlin and whinchester from what i have been told. Decent price on them too.

I have been real pleased with my Puma 357. If you are considering a new one, I have a source in Deer Park that is an FFL and has given me great prices the last year or so on several purchases. Let me know if you want their contact info.

I've never heard of a Puma lever action but I'd consider one.
