For topical use on dogs what mixture percentage is safe on dogs and in kennel they started gettin bad agan

I guess they are a lil different, but i mix 10% PERMETHRIN an ounce to a gallon to spray dogs with. So far, it works pretty good

 I mix 2oz per gal and sprayed down for flys and fleas both on the dogs, houses and kennel chain areas.
increase the dosage for just the ground, try a 5:1 ration and let it soak in for  few min before putting the dogs back in.
