O have a 92 yota 4x4 4cyl standard. I'm haveing trouble gettin it to go in first n in reverse it grinds to go in. Weird thing is is sometimes I have no problems.  Guy I got it from took real good care of this truck all fluids are full n new clucth pressure plate n throughout bearing two yrs ago.   I'm bot sure wats goin on but I need it fixed before I screw somethin up.

Also when its actin up through 2 to 5 th it'll sometime feel like I'm shifting without a clutch no gribd just not as smooth

Sounds like your slave or master cyl on the clutch is not fully disengaging the clutch. Could just need to bleed them or could be one or the other is failing. Try bleeding them first and see if it makes a difference. Could be low of fluid as well

Also it seem I have to cram clutch against the floor. Fluid is full sometimes pumpin clutch helps.

Thx guys in advance trying to avoid mechanic cost. I work at ditch witch n feel comfortable tsking chit apart n put back together but skso I'm no mechanic at diagnosing some problems lol

All u gotta do it has someone pump up clutch pedal about 4 times and get them to hold it to floor and break the line loose at bottom closest to tranny and see if air comes out.. Then tighten it and then they can let off pedal.
Repeat as desired

There are a couple different ways the quickest takes two people. Get one to sit in the truck and pump the clutch and hold it crammed to the floor do not let it up. When they are holding it to the floor crack open the bleeder screw on the slave cylinder at the trans. Be sure you have glasses on and stay out of the way cause its gonna shoot fluid out. Tighten the bleeder back and then repeat the process. Check the fluid after every bleed. If the person in the truck let's the clutch up while the bleeder is open it will pull more air in the system. If the fluid level gets low it will put more air in the system. This is the fastest most efficient way because you push the air out under pressure. You can opt to just crack the bleeder open and let it gravity bleed without pushing the clutch but it takes a while and may still leave a little air
