Have a buddy who called and has a pit that is getting red bumps on her belly and won't quit itching. Any ideas what it might be and what he can due to treat. Thanks for your help.

Could be chiggers i had one with the same thing used bleach water and sprayed the kennel down and it went away could also be allergys to something around it i have one allergic to dirt( go figure) we give him a benadryl once every 3 weeks or a allergy shor from the vet hope this helps

Thanks for the reply. I think its some type of allergies. Can you get that shot on your own or have to go to the vet?

No you have to go to the vet but i would try benadryl first works great for me i give a 60 a whole one every 2-3 days so just go from there the shots are like 20 each and they are monthly
