So i just put 5 new tuff skin ant on my dc40 and the new 16 inch flexible long range antenna on my 320. Now i lose connection at 400-450yds and can not communicate with my collars at all. With my old telescoping ant on the 320 and standard anteena on dc40 i was getting 1 mile plus in thick cover. I see alot of people praising the antennas so was just curious if anyone else had this problem? If so what did you do to fix it?

I put tuff skins on my 2 40s and they work great....put a small extendable on the 220 and it all works great. Might check to see if the connection where the antenna screw goes through the little grommit is clean....I cleaned mine with some fine sandpaper before installing them. Be sure you have updated everything with the latest updates from Garmin.
