8-9 year old boxer from a rescue group.  That helped bring along catch dog. Caught few in a pen and got the chance to do the real deal on about a 150lb or so one. Caught it on the ear like he has done it his whole life

This is Captain my catch dog for many years. He was full blooded AB and was as good of a catch dog as I have seen. He could be told to get out and sit while I hobbled a hog and handled great. I retired him at 9 and that was a hard thing for him to handle. I had to take him every now and then or he would not eat. He lived his life as a true family friend.  So he was allowed to continue living that dream as a house dog.  He would tree squirrels, blood track and dig up youpon (he was also a gaurd dog and protected things while i was at work)  We used him to cross over my wife's Dogo Lucy which started the line of catch dogs we use today.  Lucy also lived to retirement and now their blood lives on through several generations of pups that are now on our yard.  Here is Captain Morgan

This is Catch.  He is known by many and I have no way of knowing how many hogs he has caught, but I am sure it is more than any catch dogs in my neck of the woods.  He started with at 15 months old and retired at about 8 years old.  Now his job is watching over my "Best Litter Yet"!

One of his first big boys.

Not long after I started him within his first year.

In his prime.

Getting close to retirement, but still banging away.

HIs biggest boar of all time

One of his last catches.

New job since he retired.
