help with a little mange

i went to pick up a bulldog and when i got there he had a little mange on his head and neck, so the people say, it really looks like sum road rash because he has a little on his ass, but any ways wondering if yall had any tips on a way to get it fixed, i thought burnt motor oil but wasnt sure if it really worked r was just a wise tial

If he ain't already on your yard  don't buy him ; I fought the mange in my dogs cost me around $ 300 before I was able to get rid of it and took the dogs about 4 months to recover from it.
