i can turn my collar on and my machine will pick it up like nothins wrong but when my dog goes out of rang it will show a question mark then when i get closer to my dogs it never picks that one collar back up

same thing happened to me....called garmin...told me to clear everything off handheld mine is a 220 then re_enter collars this fixed mine if u have problems call garmin they have a tect dept. to help you Jim
