Picked up a new dog yesterday and so when I got home took him tothe pig pen well messing with him and pig was too small for him and he caught so go to get him off and a durn boar hog comes out of no where looking for a fight mind you im right behind my house with an inexperienced rough dog caught on a sow and a boar that is ready for a fight grabed him and headed back to the house for reinforcements lol ended up loosing him and the sow and still need to clean my pants. This is the second boar in 3 weeks at my house

I expect things like this in the woods but it sure caught me off guard here at the house the camera is set and habe to talk to the neighbor it is hard to catch a hog on 10 acres done it the other day on anpther boar but I want to turn the dogs loose lol

Something Blake and I noticed having the hogs in the pen in the woods is that hogs were not in the area at all, but when we had a few sows in that pen they started rooting up the near by pond and you could see a trail where they started to come to the pen. I don't think that the sows have to be in heat for the boars to know they're there.

Game cam is set nothing lastnight will see tonight. Think I do habe a sow in heat but still this all ocured within 100 yards of my back porch lol. I like this easy catch at the hpuse I just want to know they are there lmao.
