looking for deer lease

I'm looking for a deer lease to hunt on hunt on this yr don't want to run dogs on it just something for Mr and the wife to go to for the weekend haven't been into deer hunting much but wanting to get into it a little I'm located about 30 miles north of Houston and not looking to drive hrs away do sent have to be big and not looking to spend a pocked load. If any one could point me in the direction on getting on a lease would help a lot
