we have cancelled this and declared it a failed bit.
I don't personally have any hog dogs, just got tired of buddies who did, whining about no contests in the east/central/north Texas area. Originally, wanted to mirror other contests and donate meat or something to benefit folks - but that never really panned out either. Did pay for an advertisement in the fall and got tons of people wanting to register for a bay competition. That's way outta my league But good info for anyone wanting to do a bay competition up here somewhere.
Either way, deadline was Friday and only had one of the original 5 buddies even willing to help/compete - any zero entries. Thanks for those who offered to help and hope to see ya in the woods
